From the Small Koenigsstuhl over Jasmund’s megalithic tomb the hiker explore interesting things about the chalk. Geography and especially the nature are described and explained in the guider’ s narratives. A panoramic view from Jasmund to Kap Arkona and the slav’s culture become apparent and broaden one’s mind. Also the myths are involved: Goddesses were cavorting and pirates were making trouble. A visit in the Nationalpark-Zentrum KOENIGSSTUHL can be followed. Afterwards the way back to Neddesitz pass alongside the chalk quarries. You can also take the local traffic from the Koenigsstuhl to Sassnitz – Neddesitz. Sturdy shoes, weatherproof clothes and something to drink would be advantageous. Some simple binoculars to observe the nature will be available for you. On demand it is possible to expand the tour to Sassnitz.
