The Königsstuhl - THE landmark of the island of Rügen. The visitor centre of the Jasmund National Park is located here, in the middle of the ancient beech forests, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and welcomes 300,000 visitors every year. Here, tourism can be experienced and shaped.

Since 2004, a team of around 40 employees has been working year-round to "make the invisible visible" for its guests. The interactive exhibition, a sophisticated environmental education programme and a varied programme of events provide the basis for a varied workplace in a warm working community.
