Immerse yourself in the world of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's nature experience centres. For over 10 years now, these centres have been bringing guests and locals closer to nature and its diversity as part of the "This is how nature ticks" network. The Rügen Natural Heritage Centre, Rostock Zoo, the OZEANEUM (on Saturday) and the Müritzeum (on Sunday) will present the network with a variety of hands-on activities for young and old.
At the KÖNIGSSTUHL National Park Centre, guests can expect more than just an exhibition, cinema and skywalk. For 19 years now, the centre has also been offering various guided tours, hikes and creative workshops for individual guests and groups - always under the motto "We make the invisible visible" This weekend, you can try out the centre's chalk workshop and learn more about fossils and the origins of the chalk cliffs.
While you can finally step onto the finished Skywalk this weekend and experience the views from it, we want to take you back to the past two years of the construction phase in the cinema. You can look forward to the interesting and impressive construction documentary film "Vom Königsweg zum Skywalk" in the cinema. Duration approx. 20 minutes.
Flower Crowns and Disco Balls
Danceable drum beats meet spherical ukulele sounds and guitar influences of funk, soul and indie. Influenced by the vibe of the 70s and 80s, the German-Spanish band led by Lisa Michele Lietz (vocals, ukulele) and Jordi Arnau Rubio (vocals, electric guitar) presents catchy melodies and driving rhythms.
LUNA SOUL 's music is characterised by a colourful variety of genres and styles: Lively, groovy and slightly melancholic, you can hear echoes of Motown and StudioOne, the vocals float as fragile as they are lively. Luna Soul sing about solidarity and confidence in their very own way.
Caspar David Friedrich travelled from Saxon Switzerland to Rügen and back and enjoyed the original wild landscapes in both places. In both places, the restoration and permanent possibility of a view became necessary. Mr Jaroslaw Golaszewski (Branch Manager, State Enterprise Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management, NL Bautzen) will present the Saxon counterpart - the restored Bastei view - in his lecture.

The singer and pianist Thomas Putensen from Greifswald is reluctant to be pinned down to one style and combines the different genres of jazz, rock, pop, blues and classical music with his songs and surprising piano improvisations.
The songs he writes himself are inevitably joined by evergreens by Holger Biege and Manfred Krug or somehow familiar melodies from a bygone era.
The opening Sunday promises great, varied entertainment from Putensen's broad repertoire.
