Dear guests, we are pleased to welcome you again in the KÖNIGSSTUHL National Parc Centre. Please note the following information for a pleasant and healthy stay in our Centre and the affiliated UNESCO World Heritage Forum. These regulations are for individual guests as well as for groups.

Our protective measures for your health!

1. Unfortunately no access
In accordance with the current state ordinance of the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, we are currently unable to grant guests with acute respiratory diseases access to our grounds.

2. Access only with contact details
Please check in for contact details when you enter using the Luca app or alternatively fill in our contact form and hand it in at the ticket office. Your details will be kept for 4 weeks for the purpose of contact tracing for the health authorities only and then destroyed.

3. Please note that masks are compulsory
Masks are compulsory in the exhibition building and the Info-Cube Königsweg (also for children over 6 years). Medical masks such as surgical or FFP2 masks are required. If you need a mouth-and-nose mask (MNB), please ask at our cash desk, where you will receive one at cost price. We also recommend that you wear a nasal mask outdoors for mutual protection.

4. Use disinfectant dispensers
We have set up hygiene dispensers throughout the building, which we ask you to use - especially when entering the building and the bistro area. There are also facilities for disinfecting hands in the toilets

5. Keep a minimum distance
In the outdoor area, but especially in the exhibition building and bistro, please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other guests. We also ask you to ensure that your children keep a minimum distance from other guests when using the playground equipment in the outdoor area.

6. Disinfection regularly

We disinfect the interactive elements of our exhibition several times a day.

7. Avoid waiting times
There may be queues in various areas. We try to avoid these and in such situations will ask you to take advantage of other offers on our premises to bridge the gap. If this is no longer possible due to the large number of guests on the grounds, we reserve the right to restrict access to the grounds. In this case, please follow the instructions of our service staff.

We thank you for your understanding and compliance with these rules!
