Your questions about admission and tickets

No. The mobile ticket with QR code on your smartphone is sufficient.

You can enter 30 minutes before and after the booked slot. The time slot only defines the period of your admission. The duration of your stay is unlimited for this day.

Yes, free admission to the centre and generally allowed on a lead (not possible in the adventure exhibition and cinema). VVR rules apply in the shuttle (muzzle or lead required). An additional dog ticket is required here.

No, but you can rebook your ticket yourself up to 24 hours before your visit.
