(1) The National Park Centre KÖNIGSSTUHL Sassnitz gGmbH (hereinafter: National Park Centre) has the domiciliary rights in relation to the entire property of the National Park Centre including the "Skywalk Königsstuhl" viewing platform.

(2) The taking of photographs and video recordings of the "Skywalk Königsstuhl" without prior consent is only permitted for private purposes as a personal souvenir in the context of general visitor use. The private publication of photographs and films (e.g. on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or on private blogs) is permitted if this is in line with the reputation and position of the National Park Centre.

(3) Commercial use of photographs and video recordings of the "Skywalk Königsstuhl" is only permitted with the express permission and release of the motifs by the National Park Centre. The National Park Centre may charge a fee for permission to use the images commercially. Please send requests for authorisation to presse(at)koenigsstuhl.com.

(4) No prior authorisation is required for the creation and publication of photographs and video recordings as part of current media reports. (5) The National Park Centre reserves the right to take legal action if photo or video recordings are used commercially without prior consent or if publication damages the reputation and position of the National Park Centre.
